Day 1 – Arrival

Our executive will meet you at the Calicut airport / railway station upon your arrival. You will then drive to Wayanad. The 85 kilometre distance is covered in around 3 hours. On your way you get to experience the amazing view of the Ghat road view point. You could also stop to catch a glimpse of the famous “Changala maram”. Check in to the resort at Wayanad.

After freshening up you can set out on a sight-seeing tour. You can visit the Pookkodu lake and spend some time boating. You will also visit Pazhassi Raja Tomb and Pazhassi Raja museum Mananthavady and Kuruvadweep – a series of islands formed on the Kabini river. Also you could visit the Banasura Sagar Dam-It is the largest earth dam in India and the second largest of its kind in Asia. The dam is made up of massive stacks of stones and boulders. Day 2 – Sightseeing Tour of Wayanad

The 2nd day after breakfast we go on a full day sight-seeing tour of Wayanad. We visit the Chembara peak and Soochipara Falls. We also visit the Muthanga wildlife sanctuary where you can go on a jungle safari and spot Elephants, deer and other wild animals at a close proximity. This will be a cherished experience to the nature lover in you.  Jain temple at Sultan Bathery, Edakkal Caves – the Neolithic cave site of Edakkal, Wayanad heritage museum at Ambalavayal and  Phantom Rock are some other attractions one can visit during the day.

Day 3- Wayanad – Coorg

After breakfast, the next morning we check out of the resort and proceed towards Coorg/ Kodagu. The 100+ kilometre journey is covered in around 3 hours. Known as Scotland of east, Coorg is one beautiful sight with coffee plantations carpeting the hills. Silver oak trees lining the winding roads covered in mist is a breath taking view.

Upon arrival you can check into the resort. After freshening up spend the afternoon exploring Coorg. You can visit the Abbi Falls- a picturesque waterfall at a 5 kilometre drive from the main town, Raja’s seat-  considered as one of South India’s most scenic locations, Madikeri fort, Omkareshwara Temple- famous shrine of Lord Shiva etc.

Day 4- Sightseeing tour of Coorg

After breakfast you will set out on a full day tour of Coorg.  You will visit the Harangi Dam – a dam built across the tributary of river Kaveri near Kushalnagar, Iruppu Falls- A water fall with picturesque surroundings, Dubare – Elephant training camp and Nagarhole National Park – Tiger reserve and Tibetan Temple.

Day 5- Departure

In the morning, after breakfast, check out from hotel at Coorg and proceed to Calicut railway station/airport to board your train/flight. You will return home with memories of a lifetime, to cherish and to share.
