Day 1 – Arrival
Our executive will receive you at Cochin airport/railway station. You will then drive towards Cherai. Check in to your beach resort. Freshen up and relax for a couple of hours. In the afternoon go on a stroll on the beach, enjoying the white sand and golden sunset. The shallow waters allow you to swim in the waters or you could join the local kids in flying some kites.
Get back to the resort by night fall. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 2 – Cherai to Kochi
The next day morning you will check out from your resort after a relaxed breakfast. You will then be driven to Kochi. Check into your hotel here. The urban face of the state, Kochi has much to offer. You can head out to Fort Kochi and visit the Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry palace, Willingdon Island, Chinese Fishing Net, Church of Saint. Francis, Kerala folklore museum and the Fort Kochi beach.
Walk through the lanes of Kochi reminiscing a glorious past of once being a trade centre. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 3- Kochi to Alleppey
Next morning after breakfast you say goodbye to Kochi. You set out towards the Venice of the East – Alleppey. You can board the houseboat at around 12:30pm – 1:00pm. The house boat will take you on a cruise through the Vembanadu lake.
Explore the scenic backwaters while passing through lagoons, canals, lakes, rivers and inlets. You can enjoy authentic Kerala cuisine on board. After 6pm the houseboat will drop anchor for the day. Enjoy your stay on the houseboat.
Day 4- Departure
The house boat will start cruising again at 8 am and drop you at Alleppey jetty at 9 am. You will then proceed to Cochin.
You will then be dropped off at the airport/ railway station.
